Paul has been successfully managing people and resources for 25 years. He is a former musician, restaurateur, and nonprofit executive, just to name a few. Over the last decade, Paul has worked extensively with startups, consulting on every aspect of building a business and making it successful. Though Paul stopped performing a long time ago, he never lost his passion for music and the arts, so he started RCP Media Group in 2023 to use his particular expertise to help musicians and other artists grow their careers. Paul manages the BTS business, from booking and promotion to management and contract review and everything in between, allowing artists the time and space to focus on their creative process.
