If you're not ready for full representation, we'd still like to help. Maybe you just need advice, ideas, or a few extra gigs. Whatever it is, we can help. Not all of our services need to be on long-term contracts, and we're always happy to help!
Management
When you're represented by RCP Media Group, you don't just have a manager. You have an advocate and a partner that is going to work hard to make sure your career is what you want it to be. We can handle everything as your manager.
Booking
With our extensive network of connections, we open doors to new opportunities for our clients. We can help get you on stage at small venues, happy hour shows, residencies, and more. We can help book one off shows or full tours.
Promotion
From social media campaigns to event management, we are here to get your name out there and fill the seats. We can create multiple type of media campaigns to get the best message out to the right people.
PR & Marketing
We create impactful public relations and marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility and reputation of our clients. We can work standalone or with an agency to make sure your name stays top of mind.

If you just need a few extra gigs or want to book a full tour, we can tailor our services to fit your needs and goals. Whether you want full representation or just an extra hand, we're here to help. We can work on contract, on commission, on contingency, on payroll, or whatever best fits your situation.
Fees and Contracts
The following is a sample of the various packages and fees offered by RCP Media Group. The percentages and prices are fairly standard, but we can always design a package of services that meets your goals at a price that meets your budget. If you need something that you don't see below, just ask. We'll see what we can do.
About Our Contracts:
RCP Media Group contracts typically contain a good faith exit clause, standard non-disclosure agreements, and other artist protections. Unlike many managers and agents, our contracts do not contain long-term sunset clauses.
Full Service Management
This level of service includes all personal and/or day-to-day management functions, including but not limited to:
- Booking and managing engagements
- Facilitating production
- Interfacing with others (labels, publishers, etc.
- Building Visibility
- Managing certain financial and/or legal affairs
Management fees start at 20% of gross revenue (with some exceptions, such as merchandise costs) and have a minimum 1 year term.
Booking Agent
This level of service does not include day-to-day tasks. Instead, using RCP Media Group as your booking agent allows us to focus solely on booking appearances, gigs, concerts, etc.
Booking Agent fees start at 25% of gross appearance fees from any/all appearances booked by RCP Media Group. Services have a minimum 6 month contract.
Consulting Services
Maybe you don't need a manager, or maybe you don't need an agent for 6 months, but you still need help. Let RCP Media Group put together a plan for you!
We can consult with you on strategy, marketing, booking, salesmanship, production, and more.
The initial meeting is at no cost to you. If you decide you want to work with us, we will put together pricing and a project timeline based on your needs and budget.
Should you decide to move forward, the minimum consulting fee is $500, but the full project costs will be described in detail in advance.
A deposit of $500 or 25% of the total project cost will be required before any work starts on your project.
Individual or one-time services
If you need someone to talk to your producer, contact a venue on your behalf, read over agreements, consult on a social media campaign, give some advice, or any other number of one-time services, we can make that happen too!
All of our services can be available to you on a one-off basis with enough notice to fit it into our schedules.
Single services are billed at an hourly rate starting at $100 per hour with a 1 hour minimum.
Rates may be higher depending on the complexity of your needs, but all rates and estimated time to completion will be agreed in advance.
A minimum deposit equal to 1 hour at your agreed upon rate will be due prior to services being rendered.
